Because our scrunchies are made from 100% real silk, which is a natural fibre, they can get a little flat when we send them out in the mail. We recommend using a steamer or hair dryer to fluff them out again.

In order to not produce unnecessary excess stock all of our items at the 87 are made to order as part of our commitment to slow and sustainable fashion.
Because of this we don't accept refunds or exchanges unless the item has arrived damaged or is faulty.

We only start production on your items once you place your order, and then dispatch them to you directly as soon as we can.
